Kang Jimmi

Indonesian citizen, 44 years old. Has been serving as the Company’s President Director since 2007. He is also the founder of PT Jaya Power Makmur since 2010. Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Bina Nusantara University in 2002. He was first appointed as the Company’s President Director in 2007 as stated in Deed 05/2007 made before Mrs. Rose Takarina, S.H., Notary in Jakarta dated August 1, 2007. He was reappointed as President Director based on Deed No. 116/2021 made before Rosida Rajagukguk Siregar, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta. The legal basis for his initial appointment as Company Manager was based on Deed No. 30/2016 made before Leolin Jayayanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.
