Datuk Matthew Tee Kai Woon

Malaysian citizen, 49 years old, has been serving as Director of the Company since 2016. He currently also serves as Group Executive Director at Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, from 2003 until now and Director at Bina Puri Power Sdn. Bhd, since 2011. Datuk Matthew was the 44th President of The International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Associations (IFAWPCA) in 2017-2018. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Marketing) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 1998. The legal basis for his appointment as Director was based on Deed No. 116/2021 made before Rosida Rajagukguk Siregar S.H.,M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta. He is the biological son of the Company’s Main Commissioner, namely Tan Sri Datuk Tee Hock Seng, JP. The legal basis for his initial appointment as Company Manager was based on Deed No. 30/2016 made before Leolin Jayayanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.
