Malaysian Citizen, 63 years old. Appointed as Director of the Company since 2010. He currently also serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company Group at Dimara Holdings Sdn. Bhd, from 1995 until now, as an administrator at Galiancon Sdn Bhd from 1990 to 1995. He studied at the Sri Perhentian Middle School, Johor Malaysia, majoring in the Malaysian Study Certificate. The legal basis for his appointment as Director is based on Deed No. 116/2021 made before Rosida Rajagukguk Siregar, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta. The legal basis for his initial appointment as Company Manager was based on Deed No. 30/2016 made before Leolin Jayayanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.
