Malaysian citizen, 36 years old. Appointed as an independent commissioner of the company since 2016. He currently serves as Executive Director of Naqis & Partner since 2005. Became an Independent Director at Maxwell International Holding Berhad from 2010 to 2013 and then Independent Director at I-Berhad in 2011 until 2012 and served as commissioner of Rana Central Nugraha in 2008 to 2010. The legal basis for his appointment as Independent Commissioner based on Notarial Deed. 30/2016 which was made before Leolin Jayayanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta. He also serves as chairman of the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration chairman based on the Decision Letter of the Board of Commissioners Outside the Meeting of March 31, 2017 and Board of Commissioners' Decree dated March 31, 2017.
